What Are Nightly Notes?
- They're the opposite of Morning Pages.
- So they're written at night instead of first thing in the morning.
- They are typed instead of handwritten,
- They're public instead of private,
- They're guided by questions instead of flowing freely
- A completed entry consists of six questions and six answers instead of three pages
- Since they are public others are allowed to comment on them
For an interesting variation on daily writing see 100 words.

It is 10:09 pm.
- who impressed me the most today? this is the first time I've written in almost a week. It seems longer. The number one reason I haven't written is that I don't seem to have much to say. I've been in the house a lot so most of the nightly note questions don't apply. Plus, the questions seem so restrictive sometimes. So what to do? For now, I'll simply proceed as planned and make a point of answering the questions nightly. This is not a good time for me to try to think up anything new/altered.
- what did I do all day? thought, read, thought, read, thought, (reading/following David Allen's "Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity.
- when did I leave the house today? around 9 am to pick J up from a sleep over.
- where did I go today? St. James Art & Craft Fair
- why didn't I get more done today? it's Sunday, my schedule officially has lots of "rest" time included.
